Designed for intensive use in which it is required to maintain maximum precision and repeatability in cutting and machining tasks.
To guarantee the highest performance in each process, the thermal cutting and machining areas are perfectly defined without interference between the two processes. As for thermal cutting, there is the possibility of including plasma, oxyfuel or both in the same station: up to two plasma heads and up to twelve oxyfuel torches.
To ensure the positioning accuracy of the entire machine, the gearbox system is cycloidal, eliminating the possibility of games and misalignments in the movement systems. Its hydraulic clamping system is also necessary, which guarantees the correct movement of the material without gaps in displacement.
